My mission is to help put you at ease and make the home buying process as easy and stress-free as possible.

I am a full time REALTOR®-available days, lunch hours, evenings and weekends---contact me any time with your questions/concerns!

    * I will listen to you and your needs & promise to never show you homes above your price limit.  Who needs to be tempted by something they cannot afford?

    *At your request, I will email, call or mail the latest listings on the market…You’ll know as soon as I know about a newly listed home meeting your criteria.

    *Since I am a member of the Billings Association of Realtors® and a member of the Multiple Listing Service, I can show you any property for sale in the area—no matter what real estate company the home is listed with.

    *Allow me to coordinate viewings and take care of the details. Buying a home is a big decision that takes time and attention- leave the details to me so you can concentrate on the most important task at hand:  Finding the perfect home!

    *Worried about making an offer and dealing with sellers?  Relax.  I represent you and negotiate on your behalf so you never have to come face to face with the sellers—not even at closing!

    *My service is FREE to you as a homebuyer.  (I am paid out of the seller’s proceeds when you find the perfect home.)

    *I have an extensive list of referrals you can trust-Looking for a lender?  An inspector? Or someone to help clean or paint? I can help.
